Level for Centers Administrator Functions Screen
Persons whom you designate as   'Administrators'   will have access to this screen,
which may be and should be password protected.
It allows the setting and changing of this Administrator Privileges Password,  the
Name of your Center,  and the name of your System Administrator.
It allows users to be deleted,   and allows the viewing of the  'Administrator's Log
File',  which has entries for all activity of the system,  permitting you to track and
monitor the usage of your system.
